*5 Special Ink changes:	$5.00(same logo in more than one color).
*6 Applying prints:	$1.00 per side (location) no charge for printing sleeve.

Standard sheet: Full back logo, Left Chest and Sleeve print.
Gang sheet: Left chest / hat size logos repeated to fill sheet.
